3M - Buy, Hold or Sell ?

Shares of 3M (NYSE: MMM) rang up its biggest one-day decline in over 30 years ๐Ÿ˜ฒafter the industrial, health-care and consumer products company missed profit and revenue expectations, slashed its full-year outlook, and said it was cutting 2,000 jobs. (see more at marketwatch)
I've been looking at this company on and off through the years and today was really an unexpected surprise. I will start a position if the dividend yield approaches 3% and price stabilized below the 200 day moving average. ๐Ÿ™
