Stock Buy - Delta Airlines (DAL)

I recently took a Delta flight cross country to the east coast and surprisingly it was actually a good experience. The passenger cabin experience was comfortable with many of the latest entertainment digital (movie) choices. Sitting leg room was adequate and the planes seems well maintained and clean.

The company stock (NYSE:DAL) has good potential to grow much further with such a low payout ratio. It is a big holding in Warren Buffet's stock portfolio which is clearly a good endorsement imo. I'm betting this company will continue to thrive in this sector and be a good income investment medium to long term.

Stock Buy - Added more Ingredion

Today I added more shares of Ingredion (NYSE:INGR) since the market is pulling back this week. Ingredion's products are consumed in every household and boring so I think they will continue to thrive even in a faltering economy.

My first buy was back a few months ago in July (see below)
