Stock Buy - Adding more IPOC (merging with Clover Health)

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) allows retail investors to invest alongside big investor like Chamath Palihapitiya. IPOC is one of his SPAC that will merge with a potentially disruptive US healthcare company namely Clover Health. This merger will happen soon in January and hopefully shareholders vote yes to it. I'm buying more shares now in anticipation of this successful merger.
